There are only two accepted brands of Orlistat that are on the market, Xenical (requires prescription in the US) and alli(over the counter drug) which has to do with the amount of the active ingredient which is double in Xenical. The drug is recommended only for people who are medically termed as obese and should not be used to prevent Obesity without proper diet and exercise for it may strain the organs which needs some fat to function. People who are prescribed the drug are also prescribed water based multivitamins as the drug has the ability to expel fat (including multivitamins which are usually dissolved in oils) preventing the stomach from absorbing it into the bloodstream during digestion.
