Loosing Weight - NOW!!

Getting healthy is a gradual and controlled process and you have to accept the fact that you will indeed loose weight but not overnight for that would be suicide. Setting realistic goals would be a good start like say promising yourself to go on first for a half hour and increasing the time by a fraction of an hour every few days. This is not only realistic but needed for a sudden drop or addition of unfamiliar activity can put excessive strain on your internal organs ( you wouldn�t want to get a heart attack in doing your weight loss program wouldn�t you). And one more thing to remember, when doing exercises there are warm up and slow down procedures to follow like before jogging, stretch a little and walk first then do your jog. After the jog, walk home to give your heart and lungs time to compensate for the reduced loads they had to compensate for during the exercise. Running and abrupt stopping after a long one can lead to a heart attack so do be careful.
