Want to loose weight and keep that diet going? Eat a healthy breakfast to rev up your metabolism. Studies show that people who eat breakfast have better abilities to loose weight than those who skip it and take in more calories during lunch or snacks. An ideal breakfast would be leftovers spread over a thin crust pizza topped with lots of fresh vegetables. Stick to one slice for a pizza contains the carbohydrates you need and the fiber you need from the vegetables. Breakfast gets you through un-necessary snacking in while waiting for lunch and the dough once it goes through the digested track tends to expand giving you the feeling of being full lessening the need to sneak in that candy bar.
