Drastic weight reduction measures that are Dangerous to Your Health – Part 1

dieting.jpgThere are certain measures being done by people who are desperate to loose weight but are unable to do so. Many of us are victims of the “Not Enough Time” clause where we choose fast easy foods like chips and fries as opposed to the healthier options of prepared meals. Keeping fit is a life long process and should incorporate a healthy lifestyle along with regular exercise and dieting. Some of the more drastic measures being done by people are purging (vomiting), starvation (skipping meals), laxative abuse, stimulant abuse and diuretics abuse. The later three being so dangerous, that they can cause irreparable damage to the human body and even death.
