Exercise a must for effective weight loss

Exerciseneed not be a routine or something you follow on a video cassette as instructions; simple activities that can be done easily everyday can provide you with enough vigorous activity to meet your exercise requirements. Brisk walking for example if done regularly is a good Cardio exercise making the heart stronger and your body’s resistance increase. Even walking can be an exercise and you do it regularly everyday. Do it in a gradual manner as with any exercise from a short walk to longer and longer ones. This gives your body the time to adjust and relax under the strain.
